Jeff: Oh, so maybe you got in on some good deals in the flurry of shopping activity that happened this past weekend?
あら、それでもしかするとこの前の週末にあった一斉セールでいろいろお買い得品を手に入れたのですか？

Mr.Clark: You mean all the Thanksgiving weekend sales? No. As you know,
I don't like shopping, let alone shopping in noisy, crowded places. No, I took care of everything nice and early this year.
感謝祭の週末一斉セールのことか？　いや。ご存知の通り、買い物嫌いで。うるさくて混雑しているところでの買い物はいうまでもない。今年の早くてよい時期に全て済ませたんだ。


Jeff: Early? Hmmm, that's a good idea. So like, when? In October?

Mr.Clark: January.
